Each day in February I’m getting on board for SurFebruary and raising funds for Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. Your donations support services and programs for people with cancer. They drive innovation in research, improve care, and provide equal access to all our services for everyone.

MY WHY
Saturday 30th JanMy Nan, Jenny. One of the strongest women I know.
She’s a breast cancer survivor from 10 years ago. Unfortunately it’s returned again after all this time. She has recently had the lump successfully removed, completed her radiotherapy and is now undergoing 4 months of chemotherapy which she’s due to complete at the end of April.

Good on you, James, from a fellow fundraiser to another. I met Chris O'Brien in a doctor's waiting room in Sydney in 2008. Both Chris and my mum had the same type of brain cancer. He spoke so kindly to my mum. Much more research is needed in this area. Great cause. Well done!
