Do good, feel good…

I’ve lost many friends and family over the years to cancer. It’s a horrible disease and it’s heartbreaking to watch those close to me, going through the fight of their life. So this February I’ve decided to do something constructive and a little out of my comfort zone, I’m getting in the water every day for SurFebruary to raise funds for Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. My efforts are a drop in the ocean compared to those who battle this wretched disease, every single day, but my small contribution will create a ripple effect in support of services and programs for people with living with cancer. 

Anything you can donate (no matter how large or small) will be very much appreciated. It will all make a difference. 

If you can’t donate, I understand. Maybe you can keep me on track and join me for a dip in the water!

Thursday 28th Jan
She was an inspiration to so many of us and the loss of our dear friend Meg in early January to breast cancer, has left a huge hole in the community. One that cannot be filled. 

Meg, your legacy will shine bright amongst us all, forever. You’ve opened my eyes and my heart, to be conscious of living each and every moment, mindfully.
